Richard Sellers, as Commissioner of Main Roads, makes an order for the modification of mass requirements and access approval under sections 33 and 40 of the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012. This revokes the Class 3 Vehicle Notice 2015 Harvest Mass Management Scheme. The order applies to vehicles registered with a Grain Receiver for the HMMS, operated according to Business Rules, and used to transport grain directly from a paddock to a Grain Receiver.
