Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, i hereby close the waters to motorised vessels within the following area—direction island—all those waters adjacent to direction island commencing 70 metres along the shore south-east of the jetty and extending 50 metres south-easterly and 30 metres out from the shore.
