Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 26 May 2013 and published in the Government Gazette dated 7 June 2013 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 25 May 2025.
