Given by the board for the purposes of section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981. Notice is given that on 27 september 2017, the governor, acting under section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 and with the advice and consent of executive council ordered the exemptions given to the employers listed in the table below be revoked effective from 31 october 2017.
