In accordance with Section 45 (1) (b) of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003, notice is hereby given that the Board of Racing and Wagering WA on 30 July 2024 resolved that the RWWA Rules of Harness Racing 2004 be amended as follows— amendment to national rules amend sub-rules 49(7), 159a(1)(b), 159b(1)(b), 162(1)(www) re-number sub-rule 159a(1) to 159a(1)(a) and amend re-number sub-rule 159b(1) to 159b(1)(a) and amend amend rule 281 and re-number it to sub-rule 281(1) add sub-rules 159a(1)(b)(i), 159a(1)(b)(ii), 159a(1)(b)(iii), 159b(1)(b)(i), 159b(1)(b)(ii), 159b(1)(b)(iii), 281(2) delete sub-rules 159a(1)(c), 159b(1)(c) amendment to local rules delete local rule 159a a copy of the above rules may be obtained during office hours from the rwwa offices at 14 hasler road, osborne park 6017, wa or racing and wagering western australia website, www.rwwa.com.au.
