Made under the Health Services Amendment Act 2023 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the Health Services Amendment Act 2023 commencement proclamation 2023. The Health Services Amendment Act 2023 parts 2, 3, 4 and 6 come into operation on 1 july 2023.
