Proclamation made under the Fair Trading Act 2010 section 19C by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Fair Trading Act (Amending Law) Proclamation 2023. The Treasury Laws Amendment (More Competition, Better Prices) Act 2022 (Commonwealth) has effect. Commenced amending provisions come into operation for the purposes of the Fair Trading Act 2010 section 19 on the day after gazettal day.
