Child protection regulations amendment (fees and payments) regulations 2023 made by the governor in executive council. Part 1 deals with preliminary matters, including citation and commencement. Part 2 amends the adoption regulations 1995, amending various fees. Part 3 amends the children and community services regulations 2006, amending regulation 21.
