Requires installation and maintenance of firebreaks and fuel hazard reduction measures.

Notice Text
Pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are hereby required to install firebreaks clear of all flammable material or take alternative approved measures, and to undertake fuel hazard reduction measures before 31 October 2023 and thereafter maintain free of all inflammable material until 15 April 2024.

Requires landowners to install firebreaks and reduce fuel hazards before October 31, 2019, and maintain them until April 15, 2020.
Enacts the Shire of Corrigin Animals, Environment and Nuisance Amendment Local Law 2018.
Authorises general retail shops in the Shire of Corrigin to open at specified times during the Christmas period, excluding Christmas Day.
