In the matter of the estate of Ora Dahan, late of Maurice Zeffert Home, E3/119 Cresswell Road, Dianella in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 12th day of May 2023, are required by the executors, Daniel John Goulburn and Stephen Vincent Ensly to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco in the State of Western Australia, by the 8th day of March 2024, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
