These regulations are the criminal investigation (identifying people) amendment regulations 2017. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. These regulations amend the criminal investigation (identifying people) regulations 2002. Regulation 5a is replaced.
