Proclamation for the commencement of the Emergency Management Amendment (Temporary COVID-19 Provisions) Act 2022 Part 2, coming into operation on the day after the publication of this proclamation in the Gazette. The rest of the Act comes into operation on the day after the period of 2 years beginning on the day fixed by this proclamation.
