Pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954 owners or occupiers of land situated within the City of Cockburn are required by law to comply with the prescribed fire control order here within. Defines prohibited, restricted and unrestricted burning times. Details firebreak specifications and penalties for non-compliance.
