Notice of amendment to the instrument of delegation 2020/02 delegation to officers of certain powers and functions of the Western Australian Planning Commission as gazetted on 17 July 2020. Under section 16 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the Western Australian Planning Commission may delegate any function to a member, committee or officer of the WAPC or to a public authority. On 28 October 2020, the WAPC resolved to amend the instrument of delegation.
