In the matter of the estate of Chris Lynton Curnow, late of 93 Leavy Road, Waroona in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 6th day of August 2019, are required by the executors, Kelly Anne Moses and Ryan James Curnow, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of 1 Regal Place, East Perth in the state of Western Australia, by the 16th day of December 2019, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
