Notice is given that the Minister for Industrial Relations has approved the Code of Practice: Mine Safety Management System, 2022, under section 274(1) of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020. The approval comes into force from the date of publication in the Western Australian Government Gazette. A copy of the approved code of practice is available on the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety website.
