Notice is given that the Minister for Industrial Relations revokes the approval of the Code of Practice: Fatigue Management for Commercial Vehicle Drivers 2004 and approves the Code of Practice: Fatigue Management for Commercial Vehicle Drivers, 2019. This approval comes into force from the date of publication in the Western Australian Government Gazette.
