Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice MA406 as published in the Government Gazette 23 January 2018 and limit the speed of all motorised vessels to eight (8) Knots within the described area of the Swan River.
