These regulations amend the Dangerous Goods Safety (Road and Rail Transport of Non-explosives) Regulations 2007. Key changes include updates to definitions, references to the ADG and IMDG Codes, and duties related to the transport of dangerous goods in portable tanks or tank vehicles. Transitional provisions are included for offences related to ADG Code compliance.
