The Environmental Protection Authority has resolved to delegate all its powers and duties conferred or imposed by specified sections of the Environmental Protection Act 1986. Delegation No. 43 dated 15 October 2020 and Delegation No. 45 dated 21 October 2021 are hereby revoked.
