Michelle Andrews, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties under Part V Division 2, sections 106(1)(b) and 110 of the Act, and regulations 7(4), 8A, 11, 12, and 13 of the Environmental Protection (Clearing of Native Vegetation) Regulations 2004 to specified offices within the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. Delegation Notice No. 146 gazetted 9 July 2019 and Delegation No. 157 dated 22 October 2021 are revoked.
