I, david templeman, being the minister of the crown to whom the administration of the local government act 1995 is committed by the governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28 and 6.29 of that act, hereby, and with effect from the date of publication in the government gazette, determine that the method of valuation to be used by the shire of leonora, as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in the schedule is to be the unimproved value of the land.

Intends to apply to the Minister for Local Government to have land revested in the Crown.
Determines the gross rental value as the basis for rates on the Agnew Gold Mine Camp mining tenement within the Shire of Leonora, excluding the application of section 6.29(2) of the Local Government Act 1995.
