An application has been made by the Sustainable Australia Party—Stop Overdevelopment / Corruption for the political party to be entered into the register of political parties kept by the Electoral Commissioner under section 62D of the Electoral Act 1907. Any elector who believes that the application is not in accordance with section 62E of the Electoral Act 1907; or should be refused under section 62J of the Electoral Act 1907 is invited to submit a statement to the Electoral Commissioner by Monday, 16 November 2020.
