Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 15 december 2023, are required by the executors, philip frank petricevich, beverley harrison, and allison johnston, to send the particulars of their claims to siera legal pty ltd, p.o. box 1523, east victoria park, wa 6101, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
