Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of David John Dartnall, who died on 5 January 2025, are required by the Executor, Paula Irene Haslehurst, to send the particulars of their claims to Siera Legal Pty Ltd, P.O. Box 1523, East Victoria Park, WA 6101, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
