Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), including kylie (formerly bethany), daughter of neville frederick dalziell, in respect of the estate of the deceased, who was found dead on 27 october 2024, are required by the prospective administrator, glenda lorna quinlan, to send particulars of their claim to siera legal pty ltd, p.o. box 1523, east victoria park, wa 6101 within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the prospective administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
