The Western Australian Planning Commission delegates certain powers and functions relating to applications under the Strata Titles Act 1985 to local governments, members, and officers. This includes powers under section 15, 21 and 22 of the Strata Titles Act 1985, subject to conditions. Local governments must provide data on all applications determined under this Instrument of Delegation at the conclusion of each financial year.
