The council of the City of Greater Geraldton resolved on 23 March 2021 to make the following local law: this local law is cited as the City of Greater Geraldton Dogs Amendment Local Law 2021. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the City of Greater Geraldton Dogs Local Law 2020 as published in the Government Gazette on 11 September 2020.
