Enacts the City of Melville Fencing Local Law 2025, replacing previous fencing by-laws.

The council of the City of Melville resolved on 15 July 2025 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the City of Melville Fencing Local Law 2025 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of publication in the Government Gazette. The By-Laws Relating to Fences published in the Government Gazette on 15 February 1985 is repealed on the day this local law comes into operation.
