In the estate of yeva gibson late of 26 ellesmere road, lynwood, in the state of western australia, accountant, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 june 2024, are required by the executor, christine myo elizabeth o’hara of 25 macklin street, sturt, in the state of south australia to send particulars of their claims to them at hfm legal, po box 1 maddington, wa 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
