Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates) in respect of the estate of the late Kevin William Helyar who died on the 28th of May [contact details redacted] Australind, Western Australia are required by the personal representative Lauren Jade Barnes to send particulars of their claims to her by the 15th of September 2026 after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
