Declares vessels listed in Schedule 1 as emergency vessels, with specifications in Schedule 2. Exempts vessels listed in Schedule 1 from speed limits and Part II of the Act, subject to conditions in Schedules 3 and 4. Revokes instruments WAMA-2021-204648 and WAMA-2016-201578.
