In the matter of the estates of Kevin Hugh Forbes and Glenys Joy Forbes, late of 11 Grange Court, Kingsley, Western Australia, deceased (“deceased”). Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estates of the deceased, who died on the 17th day of September 2016, are required by the administrator, Alison Joy Doughty, to send the particulars of their claim to Havilah Legal of Level 2, 200 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth, Western Australia, by the 21st day of April 2017, after which date the said executrix may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice.
