It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the city of belmont local planning scheme no. 15 on 14 may 2025 for the purpose of— 1. amend the land use permissibility for the following uses within the town centre zone under table 1—zoning table as follows: land use town centre zone art gallery p cinema/theatre d consulting rooms p convenience store p education establishment a health centre p health studio p liquor store—small p motel a motor vehicle wash a nursing home d private rereation d reception centre a restaurant/cafe p serviced apartment d shop p studio d.
