Notice to all owners and occupiers of land in the City of Belmont to prevent bush fires. Requires clearing firebreaks, removing fire hazards, and taking precautionary measures by December 1 each year, and maintaining them until March 31. Details requirements for land under and over 3000m2. Burning refuse is prohibited. Solid fuel barbeques are restricted. Failure to comply may result in a penalty of up to $5,000.
