Proclamation made under the Marine and Harbours Act 1981 section 9 by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Marine and Harbours (Port of Derby) Proclamation 2022. It comes into operation on the day after it is published in the Gazette. Land and seabed vested in The Minister for Transport by the previous proclamation is withdrawn from The Minister for Transport and revested in the Crown.
