In the matter of the estate of Stefano Salmeri (also known as Steven Salmeri), late of Aegis Amberley, 30 Mell Road, Spearwood, in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 13th May 2021, are required by the executor, Harold Douglas Stone, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco, in the state of Western Australia, by 1st October 2021 after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
