By this commission under the public seal of the state, i, the governor, acting under the royal commissions act 1968 and all other enabling powers and with the advice and consent of the executive council, amend the commission issued on 20 august 2019 and amended on 29 october 2019 as followsโ (a) the appointment of the honourable roslyn gay atkinson ao, as a member of the royal commission, ceases; (b) the honourable roslyn gay atkinson ao is discharged from all of her obligations under the commission; (c) delete paragraphs (aa) and (ab); (d) in paragraph (m) delete โ29 april 2022.โ and insertโ 29 september 2023.
