Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on or before 24 march 2021 at 137 melvista avenue, nedlands, western australia aforesaid are required by the executor and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, 40 st georges terrace, perth to send particulars of their claims to him by 30 september 2021 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
