Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on or before [contact details redacted] required by the executor and trustee of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, [contact details redacted] of their claims to him by 30 september 2021 after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
