Notice Text

In accordance with regulation 60 of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2013, a Quarantine Area Notice (QAN) titled “Quarantine Area Notice—Perth Metropolitan Local Government Authority Boundaries—Polyphagous Shot-Hole Borer (Euwallacea fornicatus)” was published in the Government Gazette on 19 March 2024. Under regulation 71, the QAN is subject to the general exemption set out in this Notice. Wood and living plants may be moved from a place within the quarantine area to a place outside the quarantine area under certain conditions.
