This proclamation is the Public Health (Consequential Provisions) Act 2016 Commencement Proclamation (No. 2) 2017. The provisions of the Public Health (Consequential Provisions) Act 2016 specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
