In the estate of Michael Alexander Parker late of 104 Stoneham Road, Attadale, Western Australia, Chief Executive Officer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on the 3rd day of April 2024 are required by the personal representative Wendy Majella Parker c/- Greenstone Legal, PO Box 744, West Perth, Western Australia, 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days from the date of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
