Delegation to officers of certain powers and functions of the Western Australian Planning Commission under section 16 of the Planning and Development Act 2005. The WAPC resolved to delegate its powers and functions as set out in column 1 of the attached Schedules to officers of the WAPC and the person or persons from time to time holding or acting in the offices in the department charged with the administration of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
