Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late ruby taylor of regis embleton, 46 broun avenue, embleton in the state of western australia, deceased 22 february 2017, are required to send particulars of their claims to steven james brown and jacqueline ann brown, executors, c/- lynn & brown lawyers, po box 1114, morley wa 6943 by 11 september 2017, after which date the executors may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
