Made under the historical homosexual convictions expungement act 2018 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the historical homosexual convictions expungement act 2018 commencement proclamation 2018. The historical homosexual convictions expungement act 2018, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on 15 october 2018.
