It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Joondalup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 8 November 2017 for the purpose of rezoning and amending density codes for various lots on West Coast Drive and Raleigh Rd, Sorrento from ‘Commercial’ to ‘Centre’ and ‘R20’ to ‘uncoded’ respectively.
