Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 3rd day of July 2018 at Clarence Estate Residential Health and Aged Care, [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, are required by the executors to send particulars of their claims to David Moss & Co by the date one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which they have then had notice.
