It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Broome Local Planning Scheme amendment on 9 October 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Inserting an additional use in Schedule 2—Additional Uses— No. Description of Land Additional Use Conditions A25 Lot 222 Lullfitz Tourist Drive Development— Low impact unless the local government has exercised its discretion by granting special notice in accordance with the advertising requirements of clause 64 of the deemed provisions. Total development (including the additional use) on Lot 222 Lullfitz Drive shall not exceed 10% site coverage. 2. Amending the Scheme Map accordingly.
