The council of the City of South Perth resolved on 28 March 2017 to make this local law under the powers conferred on it by the Local Government Act 1995. This is the City of South Perth Parking Local Law 2017. This local law will come into operation 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The City of South Perth Parking Local Law 2011 published in the Government Gazette on 18 October 2011 is repealed. Except as set out in this clause, this local law applies to the whole of the district.
