Closes all navigable waters to AP-RSVs when operating fully submerged, except in accordance with the operating conditions set out in Schedule A. Exempts AP-RSVs from specified regulations under the Navigable Water Regulations 1958 as listed in Schedule B, subject to the exemption conditions in Schedule C. This instrument is to be known as WAMA—2017—201845 and is effective until revoked.
